Cancellation of Services


If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, there is a 14 day cancellation period in place for you. Please note in order to exercise the right to cancel, you must contact us of your decision to cancel your contract order. You should send a letter and/or email stating clearly your desire to cancel your oder. Please note that the cancellation period will expire after 7 days from when you have placed your day. In order to meet the deadline, it is very important to communicate with us before the cancellation period has ended. Once you have cancelled your order, we will reimburse you, your full payment that we have received, including the cost of delivery. You should also return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your rights to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the good back before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the good. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods. All items that are returned should be unused, complete and in their original packaging. If you fail to comply with any of the rules and policies of the cancellation services, you are liable and we may refuse your return and any reimbursement of your payments. The right to cancel DOES NOT exist for the following Orders/Contracts below:

* Orders for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specification or are clearly personalized

* Orders for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

* Orders for the supply of goods which are, after deliver, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

All refunds will be made by Bank Transfer or Paypal!
